Here are some of the most asked questions about Vron:

  • No. Vron is designed to work with any device from a PC (Chrome and Firefox work best) to tablet and even your phone. The mobile version is there so you can check on your world and its visitors and isn’t intended for prologued usage. Of course, for the most immersive experience, we recommend goggles. So, give it a try.

  • Vron’s costs can vary quite a bit depending on your setting and the “World” you choose. Professionals design each world with a specific intention in mind. Some worlds are optimized to be fast while others are built around aesthetics. Overall, you can expect 1-3 € per position/month for the basic features. You can get an exact price by creating your own world and you get 2 weeks for setup and exploration.

  • With Vron you can change the features at any time. If you want to upgrade, the system will calculate your new price with any discounts or promotions you had for your original purchase. If you want to downgrade, the changes will take effect at the end of your contractual period.

  • In Vron any item you want to display is called a product. We require at least one language selection, the name of the product, and one in order to begin your upload. Depending on your selection, you can use up to 10 products when you purchase your world. You can use 2d Images in JPG or PNG format, 360°pictures or even 3d objects in OBJ, MTL, or GLB format.

  • It is possible to create your own world, on a request basis. Contact us via chat or email and send us your files and we will set up a test environment so you can see your world in Vron, generate the “walking” boundaries and make adjustments to your world as needed. Once you are ok with the outcome, we can upload your world and make it available on your account only. We believe this feature is best suited for real estate but can be used for any product or environment presentation.
