Announcing the vron.one Mobile App: LiDAR Scanning and Bring Your Own Rooms
At vron.one, our mission has always been to simplify digital twin creation and 3D spatial visualization for real estate professionals, architects, and design teams. Today we take a large step forward: capture a space as easily as point-and-shoot, then present your geometry—not only ours.
We have officially begun development on the vron.one Mobile App for iPhone, and we are introducing Bring Your Own rooms in the same release cycle.
Instant LiDAR capture on iPhone
Pro-grade iPhone models include a native LiDAR sensor. The new app uses it so realtors, estate agents, and property managers can scan rooms in seconds with high precision. Walk the property, capture room boundaries, and generate an accurate 3D spatial representation on location—without bulky hardware or tape-measure workflows.
What to expect in the first mobile launch:
- Instant LiDAR capture: Walk through any room to record dimensions and geometry.
- Realtor-first workflow: Fast setup for on-site walkthroughs, not studio shoots.
- Direct upload: Scans flow into your vron.one property dashboard, ready to present.
Bring Your Own: buy empty spots, fill them with your designs
Bring Your Own is the counterpart for teams that already have 3D work—or want a scan to land in a room they control.
You purchase empty Bring Your Own room spots. Each spot is a placeholder in your project. You then fill it with your own content and present it as a walkable space:
- Upload a GLB of your design (architecture, interiors, product spaces).
- Upload a navmesh so visitors can move through the space naturally.
- Or scan via the mobile app and drop that capture into the same empty spot.
That is the model: buy the slot, bring the design, present it. No need to rebuild the room from our catalog if you already have the geometry.

How the two features work together
Mobile scanning and Bring Your Own are one pipeline, not two products:
- Buy empty Bring Your Own room spots in your dashboard.
- Fill a spot by uploading GLB + navmesh, or by scanning on iPhone and sending the capture to that spot.
- Present the filled room in your vron.one property or project—walkable, shareable, on location or remote.
Designers keep authorship. Realtors get speed. Clients walk the result.
We are testing early mobile builds with select real estate partners and opening Bring Your Own spots in the same window. Stay tuned as we refine capture, GLB import, and navmesh handling in the coming weeks.
