Applicant data

We process the data that the applicant provides in the application process. This includes the following data: name, address, telephone and mobile numbers, e-mail addresses and the personal data resulting from the application documents. We only process applications if they have been entered into our recruiting system. This happens when the applicant applies to us via our careers page. If the applicant applies to us in a different way (e.g. by e-mail), we will transfer the data to the system. The applicant then receives automatic confirmations of receipt, invitations and rejections via the system. We only process the data for the purpose of processing the application. Applicant data will be processed in accordance with Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG (new) and will be automatically deleted after 6 months in the event of a rejection. C. Data transfer to third countries

Vron ensures that your data is processed in the EU or the European Economic Area. If this is not possible and data transmission to a third country is necessary, Vron will ensure after a prior check that an adequate level of data protection is maintained in the target country in accordance with the specifications of the ECJ and the EU Commission.

In these cases, the data is transmitted on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the so-called standard contractual clauses for the transmission of personal data to third countries in the currently applicable version. D. Duration of storage of your personal data

We store your personal data for various reasons (e.g. technical or legal) for different lengths of time. In general, we only store your data for as long as the respective purpose requires it or for as long as we are contractually or legally obliged to store it.

We store HTTP data and server log files for a maximum period of 3 months, unless a security-related event occurs (e.g. a DDoS attack). In the event of a security-related event, server log files are stored until the security-related event has been eliminated and fully clarified.

We generally delete session data via co-browsing after 30 days at the latest.

We store and use the data provided by the Vron user to process the contract.
